Passive: Nuwa gains a 2% increase in vision range (up to 42%) and a 2% increase in attack and skill range (up to 28%) for each level she gains. When Nuwa's skills hit an enemy hero, they are marked. Allies (including Nuwa herself) dealing damage to the marked target gain a 16% movement speed boost and health regeneration (totaling 40 (+12% AP)). This effect can only trigger once every 0.5 seconds per attacker.
